What we collect

When you order, we collect your name and phone number, the recipient’s name, phone number and address, and the message for the card. This is the minimum we need to deliver your flowers.

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to send you a photo of the bouquet on Zalo for your approval.
• To contact you if anything about your order changes (substitute flowers, delivery time…).

Our commitments

• We never sell or share your information with third parties for advertising.
• Recipient details are used only for that order.
• If you choose “send anonymously”, your name does not appear on the card and is never revealed to the recipient.
• Once your order is complete, you can ask us to delete your information by calling our hotline.
