For a regular bouquet, at least 2 hours before the end of your delivery slot (for example, order at 9 am to receive it before noon). For grand-opening or sympathy flower stands, order at least half a day ahead.

The flower types and colours will match; the shape may vary slightly because each bouquet is arranged by hand. Most importantly, we photograph the real bouquet and send it to you on Zalo to approve before delivery — if you’re not happy, we rearrange it.

We guarantee freshness for 3 days. If the flowers wilt or bruise within the first 3 days (with normal care), send a photo on Zalo with your order code and we will replace the bouquet free of charge, no questions asked.

Yes — within 2 hours in inner-city Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, in three time slots every day. Delivery is free for orders from 500,000₫; below that the fee is 30,000₫.

All orders are paid in advance: scan a bank QR code via PayOS (confirmed automatically within seconds), or pay by international Visa/Mastercard if you’re ordering from abroad for someone in Vietnam. We start arranging as soon as the payment is confirmed. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Yes — choose “Send anonymously” when you order. The card will carry only your message, not your name, and we never reveal who sent the flowers.

Yes, for corporate orders and grand-opening flower stands. Add your tax code in the order notes, or message us on Zalo once you have your order code.
