Fresh for 3 days, or a free replacement

Our promise

Every bouquet is arranged the same day from Đà Lạt flowers that arrive each morning. If your flowers wilt, bruise or drop petals unusually within 3 days of delivery (with normal care: fresh water every day, away from harsh sun and direct air-conditioning), we will replace them with an equivalent bouquet, free of charge, no questions asked.

How to request a replacement

• Take a photo of the flowers and send it on Zalo, or call 090 279 2525, with your order code (NH-XXXXXX).
• We confirm within 2 working hours and deliver the replacement the same day or at a time that suits you.

When the guarantee does not apply

• Flowers left for hours in a car or a hot, closed space, or without fresh water for 2 days or more.
• Requests made after the 3rd day from delivery.

Differences from the photos

Each bouquet is arranged by hand, so its shape may vary slightly; the flower types and colours always match the description. We send you a photo of the real bouquet to approve before delivery — if you’re not happy with it, we rearrange it before it leaves the shop.
