Ordering & confirmation
- Orders placed on the website are confirmed by phone or Zalo before we arrange the flowers. If we cannot confirm an order, it may be moved to the next delivery slot.
- With online payment (PayOS QR code or international card), we start arranging as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds.
Cancellations & changes
- Cancel or change the delivery details before your bouquet is arranged: free of charge, with a 100% refund if you paid online.
- Once the flowers are arranged or out for delivery: no refund, but you can change the delivery time or address within the same day (once).
Prices & photos
- Website prices include wrapping and a handwritten card; delivery fees (if any) are not included and are shown at checkout.
- Photos show the actual flower types and colours; the shape may vary slightly because every bouquet is arranged by hand.
